drawall ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
When you sign in, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo from your authentication provider. We do not store your password. We also collect basic device information and anonymized crash data to maintain app stability. We do not track your location, browsing habits, or any activity outside the App.
We use your information to authenticate your identity, provide core app features, save and sync your artwork to your personal cloud storage, deliver optional notifications, and improve overall app performance and reliability.
All artwork you create is stored locally on your device in an encrypted format. If you choose to enable cloud backup, your artwork is saved to a dedicated folder within your own personal cloud storage account. We do not access, view, read, or analyze your stored artwork. You retain full ownership and control of all content you create.
The App uses third-party services for authentication, cloud storage, crash reporting, and content generation. Each of these services is governed by its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.
We do not share your personal information with third parties except when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users, or with service providers who assist in operating the App under strict confidentiality obligations. We do not engage in selling personal data.
You may access, export, or share your artwork at any time. You can enable or disable cloud backup and notifications from the App settings. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible — all cloud backups, authentication records, and local data will be erased.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide the App services or as required by law. Upon account deletion, all personal information is permanently removed from our systems.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption of locally stored content. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
