Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the drawall mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
drawall is a creative drawing application that allows you to create digital artwork, save your creations locally or to your personal cloud storage, set artwork as your device wallpaper, and share your work with others. The App may also provide AI-powered reference images to assist your creative process and optional daily creative inspiration. Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
Certain features require you to sign in with a third-party account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, all activities that occur under your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain full ownership of all artwork you create using the App. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App services, such as encryption, backup, and display. This license terminates immediately upon deletion of your account. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on the rights of others.
You agree not to use the App to create, store, or distribute content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the App, interfere with its functionality, or use automated tools to access the service. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
If you enable cloud backup, your artwork is stored in a dedicated folder within your own personal cloud storage account. We do not access or analyze your backed-up files. Backup availability depends on your cloud storage capacity and network connectivity. You can disable backup at any time from the App settings.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content will be permanently preserved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, drawall and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve months prior to the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, your authentication account, cloud backup data, and all local data will be permanently and irreversibly removed. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless drawall and its developers from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
